Purchasing Manager

The Purchase Manager role at Minar Fashion Jewellery in Kozhikode, Kerala requires a responsible and detail-oriented individual to oversee procurement operations. With a minimum of 1 year of experience, strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel across India, you will be responsible for sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating suppliers and vendors nationwide, preparing and managing purchase orders, and traveling to supplier locations. You will also coordinate with accounts and inventory teams, maintain purchase records, and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet company requirements. To qualify for this role, you must have an MBA, at least 1 year of experience in a purchasing/procurement role, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage vendor relationships. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the jewelry, fashion, or retail sector and familiarity with major wholesale markets across India.
