Job Description

We are Hiring Purchase Executive and Purchase Assistant in Adithya Institutions

Roles And Responsibilities:

Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
Resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries promptly.
Monitor stock levels and initiate orders as needed.
Ensure timely payment of invoices.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide regular updates to management on purchase progress.

Qualification And Experience

Graduate in any degree.
Proven experience as a Purchase Executive / Officer in the Manufacturing Industry/ School or college sector.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Salary: As per norms
