Role Overview:

The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle daily purchase tasks and vendor coordination

· Compare suppliers for best pricing and quality

· Generate and manage purchase orders

· Follow up for timely delivery of materials

· Maintain purchase records, bills, and reports

· Coordinate with store and accounts departments

Qualifications & Skills:

· Qualification: Any Diploma or Degree

· Basic knowledge of purchase work preferred

· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) is required

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Honest, organized, and committed to long-term work
