Purchase And Procurement Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Product Sourcing Executive to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a reliable supply chain, strong vendor relationships, and optimal product quality and pricing. Key Responsibilities: Product Research & Identification: Research and identify potential new products that align with the company's goals, target audience, and brand positioning Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers for required products Negotiation & Procurement: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines Order Finalization: Create and finalize purchase orders, ensuring all terms are clearly documented and communicated Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliability and collaboration Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and re-order products as needed to avoid supply disruptions Logistics Coordination: Track and ensure the timely delivery of materials and products from suppliers Quality Control: Verify the quality of received materials and promptly address any discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns
