Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property and Community Manager, based in Pune. The Property and Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the coliving and coworking space, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and tenants' needs are met. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, organizing community events, handling administrative tasks, ensuring safety and compliance, coordinating with maintenance staff, and promoting a positive community environment.

• Facility Management and Property Maintenance skills
• Tenant Relations and Customer Service experience
• Event Planning and Community Organization abilities
• Administrative and Coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Prior experience in property management or hospitality is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
