Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Pune. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will include developing HR strategies, handling employee grievances, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining employee records. The HR Manager will also work on driving employee engagement and implementing HR policies that align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• HR strategy development and implementation skills
• Performance review management and dealing with employee grievances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
