What You’ll Do As a Property Acquisition Executive, you will be at the heart of our supply expansion efforts. You’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new apartments for our serviced stay model. Key Responsibilities: Scout properties in areas like Andheri East, JB Nagar, Marol, MIDC, Chakala, and Sakinaka Build relationships with property consultants, brokers, societies, property managers, and direct owners Evaluate apartments based on Livin’s checklist (location, furnishing, society rules, etc.) Conduct on-ground visits and property audits (take photos/videos) Negotiate rent terms with brokers/owners Track, document, and report leads in our CRM or property funnel sheet Stay updated on real estate market trends in your assigned areas
