Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage primary sales through dealers & distributors, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Develop strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that meet customer needs while maximizing company profits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, pricing, and availability. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in channel sales or project sales in the building material industry. Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers at all levels.
