Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution.• Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery.• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.• Ensure resource availability and allocation.• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on project status, expectations, and deliverables.• Conduct project review meetings and maintain documentation.• Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in an IT/software development environment.• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.• Good presentation skills to effectively communicate project details and progress.• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a
related field
such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or Engineering is required.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to
SAP
or
other ERP systems
.• Experience with
AI/ML-related projects
. PMP certification would add immense value to the candidate • Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
