Manages, develops, and implements project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

Leads multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline.
Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.Monitors and communicates project status to project team.Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.Manages project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk; works with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions.Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project.Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on status of specific projects and assignments.Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project; provides developmental feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

Graduate Engineer (Post Graduation Preferred) with Extensive Knowledge in Project Management, Excellent in Stakeholder Management, Communication and working experience in the Manufacturing Industry.

Skills:

1. Project Management & Execution:

   Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools like MS Project or similar. Strong expertise in risk management, mitigation planning, resource management, and change management.

2. Stakeholder Management:

   Strong communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and change management expertise. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive priorities, manage overseas stakeholders, and oversee periodic reviews and MIS preparation.

3. Financial Management:

   Experience in business case development, ROI, NPV, IRR, payback analysis, CapEx and OpEx management, cash flow management, and budget planning.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Approvals:

   Hands-on experience in securing statutory approvals for new factories, including MOA, AOA, IEM, CTE, CTO, MIDC, DISH, EPCG, labor licenses, Fire NOC, IATF, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.

5. Future Strategy Development:

   Exposure to developing future manufacturing and supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

6. Technical Expertise:

   In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining and assembly for engines and their components (e.g., cylinder block, cylinder head). Familiarity with cross-functional domains, including procurement, supply chain management, quality, engineering, manufacturing engineering, and IT.

7. Industrial Engineering & Smart Manufacturing:

   Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of industrial engineering principles, plant layout, material flow, and advanced digital manufacturing technologies such as IoT, automation, and MES systems.
