Project Manager-IT Networking

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of IT and networking infrastructure for examination center projects.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation in line with client timelines and requirements.
• Design and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for IT/network infrastructure including CCTV, networking, power backup, access control, and related hardware.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issue, and ensure timely resolutions to avoid project delays.
• Oversee the setup of LAN, WAN, network cabling, and server systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Conduct on-site inspections and technical assessments before project initiation and post-deployment.
• Ensure compliance with security and examination protocols as per Innovatiview's SOPs.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Drive cost control and quality assurance across all project activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure/networking projects, preferably in an education/assessment/technology-based environment.
• Proven experience in managing BOQs, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls), power backup systems, and surveillance equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across project locations pan India as per deployment need
