Job Description

Role Overview:

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client deliveries, tracking progress across projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timelines are met. You'll play a critical role in unblocking day-to-day issues, managing insurer follow-ups, and driving accountability across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end delivery plan for client integrations and onboarding
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, KAM) to track progress and resolve blockers
Follow up with insurer partners for timely credential sharing, IP whitelisting, API kit responses, etc.
Maintain clear documentation of project timelines, responsibilities, and follow-ups
Anticipate risks or delays and escalate early with solutions
Ensure smooth internal communication and delivery hygiene
Track and report status across multiple clients simultaneously

Requirements:

23 years of project management experience, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or client-facing tech delivery role
Excellent communication and follow-up skills; ability to drive outcomes across teams
Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
Experience working in tools like Notion, Jira, Excel, or equivalent
Basic understanding of product and tech workflows
Ability to juggle multiple projects with calm and clarity
