Role & responsibilities : Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for building construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Manage and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and handle any issues or delays efficiently. Prepare and present reports on project status, timelines, and cost control to senior management. Ensure quality control throughout the construction lifecycle. Handle contract negotiations and procurement of materials and services. Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, and safety standards. Essential Skills: Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field. [8+] years of experience managing construction/building projects. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
