Project Manager

✨ Objective:

To manage the entire post-production workflow — tracking edits, coordinating editors, maintaining delivery timelines, and supporting Edit World’s daily operations.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Project Tracking

• Maintain a project tracker with all current and upcoming edits.
• Assign editors based on availability and task priority.
• Monitor daily progress and flag any delays.

2. Editor Coordination

• Check in with editors daily on task status.
• Ensure editors follow deadlines and SOPs.
• Solve small workflow issues (missing files, unclear task, etc.).

3. Timeline & Delivery Monitoring

• Set daily and weekly edit goals.
• Remind editors and Creative Head of priority projects.
• Track delivery status and ensure clients receive edits on time.

WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Progress Review

• Weekly report to Lavesh on project status, team output, and pending work.
• Highlight bottlenecks and suggest fixes.

2. System Maintenance

• Update tracking sheets and internal status boards.
• Propose improvements to workflow, task tracking, or team coordination.

MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Team Productivity Review

• Track editor performance and timelines.
• Suggest support or training needs for underperformers.

2. Delivery Analysis

• Check how many edits were completed on time.
• Identify causes for any delay and propose solutions.

✅ Skills Required

• Strong in Google Sheets / Excel
• Good with coordination, deadlines, and organization
• Basic understanding of video workflow is a plus
• Clear communicator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
