Job Description

Role & responsibilities Development Regulations and Approvals: Possess basic knowledge of development regulations and approvals pertinent to residential, commercial, and township projects. Project Cost Estimation: Create detailed project cost estimates encompassing construction activities (Civil, MEP, finishing), supporting infrastructure, external development, and consultant fees. Site Inspections and Monitoring: Conduct physical site inspections to gather primary data, monitor project progress, and compile comprehensive reports. Bill Certification and Quality Assurance: Review bill certifications for works executed on-site, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. Safety and Quality Management: Monitor safety and quality management practices on-site, identify non-compliances, and recommend corrective actions. Contract and Procurement Management: Review contracts and procurement status, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgetary constraints. Construction Timeline and Scheduling: Prepare and maintain construction timelines/schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays. Sales and Financial Monitoring: Review sales Management Information Systems (MIS), monitor demands raised, collections made, and analyze sales projections against customer demands. Financial Oversight: Review ESCROW accounts, bank statements, and ledgers to ensure financial integrity and compliance. Consultation and Coordination: Coordinate with external consultants as necessary, ensuring seamless project execution and deliverable quality. Preferred candidate profile Post Graduate degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field. Proven experience of at least 2 years in project management. Expert level analytical and quantitative skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MSP (Microsoft Project) or Primavera.
