We are currently in search of a Project Lead Embedded Developer for our location in Dehradun. We are looking for smart, pragmatic, self-driven IT professionals who are eager to learn and contribute to both organizational and personal development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee embedded software development projects throughout all stages, from inception to completion. - Conduct system analysis, requirements assessment, and detailed design specification preparation. - Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and provide accurate effort estimations. - Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery. - Ensure adherence to DG178C guidelines and CMMI quality processes. - Utilize Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies and employ CASE tools throughout the development lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, testing, and quality assurance. - Offer technical guidance and leadership to the development team. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
