Urgent Opening of Project Head for one of Real estate firm @ Kurla, Mumbai ( Immediate joiner preferred) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Head with 1820 years of expertise in managing the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects . Prior experience with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms is preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end project execution planning to handover. * Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. * Monitor progress, address site challenges, and manage risks. * Conduct regular reviews and ensure compliance with safety and quality norms. Requirements: * Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. * Strong track record of leading full-cycle project delivery. * PMC background will be an added advantage. * Excellent leadership and communication skills.
