Hiring Quality Head for Leading PMC in Navi Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies. Develop and implement effective quality control procedures for construction projects. Lead and manage the QA/QC department, including setting quality goals, SOPs, and best practices. Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure accurate documentation of quality records, reports, and certificates. To handle multiple projects /To lead department Must have exposure of handling Real Estate, Industrial & Infra projects Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of ISO systems implementation and auditing principles. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized university. 15-24 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in QA/QC, quality audit, internal quality auditing, etc. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
