A. Roles And Responsibilities :
1. Preparing, and get approval for drawing and coordination with client.
2. Planning, Monitoring and execution of daily site activities.
3. Documentation of daily work , testing, and quality work.
4. Attending site meeting with client.
5. Project completion as per time schedule.
6. Site Labour Billing and Payment Follow ups.
7. Responsible for Material Reconciliation.
8. Reporting to Project Head
B. Educational Background Required:
DME / B.E. Mechanical with 7 to 8 years of experience.
C. Required Skills :
1. Should have through knowledge of Fire Fighting System & Utility Piping System.
2. Project Planning, Control & Coordination.
3. Well Versed with MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Autocad
4. Good Communication and Coordination with Architect, Consultant, Customer, and Companys work related staff.
4. Manpower Management Skill.
