Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: To handle 4- 5 projects independently and conduct regular site meeting with respective Site Engineer, inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Collaboration: Work closely with Management Team / Project Manager / Planning Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Technical Support: To follow Company’s process and methodology and support to the construction team, resolving any issues that arise on-site.

Documentation: To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material usage, and labour attendance.

Quality Control: To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain the quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Safety Management: To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain PPE kid at site by enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety training sessions.

Qualifications:

• D.C.E / B.E / in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in residential building construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Moderate communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
