Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements. 2. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success. 3. Contractual Compliance: Monitor and ensure Compliance with agreed contractual terms and conditions . 4. Project Safety: Ensure Monitoring of safe working environment and ensure the health and safety of personnel. 5. Project Monitoring Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including tracking project performance, cost control, and compliance with project specifications. 6. Project Execution: Coordinating and managing various project elements, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 7. Stakeholder Management: Managing communication and interactions with various internal stakeholders to meet the project requirements that includes Safety , Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, site execution team and payment follow up with Finance & Accounts and with external stakeholders like OEM, contractors and preparation and circulation of MOM . 8. Resource Management: Coordinating and allocating resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. 9. Cost Management: Managing project budgets and ensuring projects are completed within allocated financial resources. 10. Quality Compliance: Ensuring the quality of construction, and overall project deliverables are met as per contractual requirements 11. Performance Monitoring: Tracking project progress against planned timelines and budgets, identifying any deviations, and implementing corrective actions. 12. Management Information System Prepare the MIS and circulate MIS to all relevant internal stakeholders and escalate to management as needed, providing regular updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. 13. Project Closure and completion of Punch points: Ensuring all project deliverables are completed and the project is formally closed by the OEM and contractors. 14. Project Handover Oversee project closing activities, ensuring successful project hand-over of the project with O&M team along with project documentation.
