Job Summary

  • This is an ideal position for a motivated and detail-oriented individual, including a recent graduate, who is looking to build a career in project management within a global trading environment.
  • You will independently identify and cultivate new client relationships, manage the early stages of the sales pipeline, and ensure flawless project execution by overseeing all logistical and communication-based aspects.
  • This position is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented professional who is comfortable managing both commercial and operational responsibilities with a high degree of independence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Independently research and identify new market segments, potential clients, and emerging industry trends.
  • Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through outreach, networking, and following up on marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build a robust sales pipeline and nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales process.
  • Maintain and manage the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with a high degree of accuracy and detail.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling introductory presentations and materials to prospective clients.

Project coordination:

  • Manage the communication flow between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned on project status and requirements.
  • Oversee the organization and distribution of all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues to ensure on-time completion.
  • Schedule and lead coordination meetings, setting agendas and ensuring clear action items are established and followed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage one's own workload, and take initiative without direct supervision.

  • A strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building relationships and driving growth.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional correspondence with all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
