Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project coordination—from initiation with clients to final delivery—liaising with departments like Purchase, Design, Production, Dispatch, and Installation. Handle client relationships across verticals such as Automotive, Retail, and Oil & Gas. Prepare and manage sales proposals, cost estimations, and quotations. Address customer queries and ensure exceptional pre- and post-sales service across PAN India. Track payments and receivables; generate MIS reports for senior management and maintain client databases. Communicate any project delays or issues to clients and negotiate revised timelines. Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
