We are looking for a skilled professional with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Sr. Analyst in Lease and Vendor contract management for Global Business Services, located in Gurgaon. ### Roles and Responsibility Accurately abstract new leases and amendments into Oracle Property module according to relevant lease provisions. Process lease data changes such as terminations, billing or payment adjustments, renewals, customer or landlord changes, and enter one-time payments or billings. Reconcile lease agreements, identify discrepancies, and ensure all terms and conditions are accurately abstracted. Prepare reports and financial presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing contract information. Review and interpret leases to identify financial clauses that help assess and manage the Company’s financials. Resolve contract interpretation and pricing questions with internal teams. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's/Post graduate degree in accounting or finance is required. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in customer/revenue reconciliation, billing reconciliation, or contract management. Experience in lease accounting, including application of ASC 842 standards and managing lease agreements and related financial reporting. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and VISIO. Excellent attention to detail and strong system and analytical skills; ability to understand complex processes. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements.
