We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in R2R accounting and be able to work collaboratively with clients across multiple departments while following commercial and legal requirements. ### Roles and Responsibility Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards. Create reports on financial performance and provide insightful analysis for internal and external use. Participate in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests as needed. Implement and adhere to internal controls, ensuring accounting procedures comply with GAAP. Accurately gauge the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights. Utilize specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs. Apply principles used to evaluate the economics of investment decisions. Interpret major types of financial statements issued by the organization. Work with financial transactions and related documentation within the organization. Classify and record financial data according to established practices. Maintain existing charts of accounts and follow regulations for entering and reporting financial content in major accounting systems. Monitor compliance with organizational standards for financial report writing and implement valid financial analysis aligned with key criteria. Analyze errors or inaccuracies in financial reports and create simple financial reports using basic tools. Monitor compliance with organizational standards for financial report writing. ### Job Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of experience in R2R accounting. Professional Certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMA is preferred. Basics in handling multiple ERP's and varied accounting tools. Basics in Data Analytical skills and interpretation of results. Basics in understanding accounting/business issues. Ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems. Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes. Financial analysis knowledge and ability to read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Financial reporting knowledge and ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
