The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy, and purpose through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations, providing support for complex, large-scale program, and portfolio management.

  Managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence:

• Project Delivery:

• Project planning and budgeting.
• Understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to the team.
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks and provide necessary tools and feedback.
• Coordinate and facilitate project objectives.
• Track progress, review tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify solutions to productivity, quality, and customer goals.
• Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks.
• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders.

• Customer Service:

• Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit feedback for improvement.
• Ensure commitments are met.

• Quality Assurance:

• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Look for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Apply feedback to improve performance.
• Monitor your work to ensure quality.

Skills and Attributes

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have:

• Qualification:

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in system design and development.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience auditing government projects for compliance and risk management.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the Finance Department of GoB, Accountant General Office, or Office of Comptroller & Auditor General of India.

• Experience:

• System design, project management of medium-scale IT systems.
• Experience in working with reporting tools is preferred.
