Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Chennai. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design and planning, developing project blueprints, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, managing project timelines, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Coordination with clients and stakeholders to meet their architectural needs and preferences will also be key. interior interest in commercial and residential project is a plus. interest in details and passion for design is a must. being a team player and taking ownership is a must.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture
• Experience with Project Management and Submittals
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor's in Architecture must
• Professional knowlege in 3d and 3d softwares.
• Experience with residential interior services or modular designs is beneficial
