Project And Technical Lead

About the job role and responsibilites:

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership

• Plan, prioritize, and deliver IT projects across cloud, DevOps, or application domains.
  
• Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum or Kanban.
  
• Track KPIs and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
  

Technical Involvement

• Contribute to architectural discussions for:
  

• Cloud setups

  (AWS/Azure – EC2, RDS, S3, IAM)

• IaC and Automation

  (Terraform, Ansible)

• CI/CD pipelines

  (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

• Backend/frontend systems

  (Node.js, React.js, APIs, PostgreSQL/MongoDB)

• Monitoring

  (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)

Collaboration & Coordination

• Act as the bridge between developers, DevOps engineers, security analysts, and QA.
  
• Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client reviews (if applicable).
  
• Support task estimation, code reviews, and release coordination.
  

Risk & Quality Oversight

• Identify and mitigate technical risks early.
  
• Ensure best practices in security, testing, documentation, and compliance.
  
• Coordinate DR drills and post-deployment validations.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT projects in roles such as DevOps Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Cloud Engineer, or Technical Project Coordinator.
  
• Hands-on experience in at least

  two of the following domains

  :
• AWS or Azure cloud deployments
  
• DevOps tooling (CI/CD, Infra-as-Code)
  
• Full-stack development (Node.js, React.js)
  
• API integrations or data sync workflows (Kafka, RESTful services)
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  
• Comfortable managing tasks using Jira, Notion, or similar tools.
  
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Any cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)
  
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
  
• Familiarity with secure coding or compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001)
  
• Prior experience working on DR/ERP/Inventory systems or secure projects
