Position Overview:

  , you will play a crucial role in delivering both business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage industry-standard tools, methodologies, and processes to monitor and control service level agreements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and high levels of client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expertise (SME):

  Expected to perform independently and eventually become an SME in the field, offering valuable insights and guidance.

• Team Collaboration:

  Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, providing solutions to project-related challenges.

• Project Leadership:

  Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution and project closure.

• Timeline and Budget Management:

  Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budget constraints to meet project goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive project success.

• Risk Management:

  Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure smooth project execution.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Provide regular and comprehensive project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems

  (LIMS).
• Strong understanding of

  laboratory information systems

  and the execution processes related to lab operations.
• Knowledge of

  project management methodologies

  and tools to ensure structured and successful project delivery.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in

  Life Sciences

  , particularly as it relates to laboratory systems and management.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations and quality standards related to laboratory information systems.
