Program Officer- Training & Capacity Building

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

• Design and implement training modules for DMLT/MLT students and nurses on Mobilab usage
• Coordinate training schedules in collaboration with institutes and internal teams
• Ensure timely delivery of devices, reagents, and training materials to all partner centres

Academic & Technical Oversight

• Support the development and alignment of training curriculum with clinical standards
• Monitor learning outcomes, certification processes, and feedback collection
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and hands-on device demonstrations

Operational & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with educational institutes, regulatory bodies, and field mentors
• Maintain detailed program documentation and reporting
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement of training programs

Workshops & Events

• Organize guest lectures, health camps, and awareness programs to complement training
• Promote best practices in diagnostics, patient care, and device maintenance

Candidate Requirements

:

• M.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology (MLT), Clinical Pathology, or related fields

:

• 45 years of combined clinical, academic, or training experience in diagnostics or MLT
• Prior exposure to medical device training or healthcare skilling initiatives preferred

:

• Strong communication, coordination, and public speaking skills
• Good command over English
• Ability to handle multiple training sites and deliver under timelines
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital learning tools is a plus

• Willingness to travel extensively, including to rural and remote locations

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary

  35,000 40,000 per month
