About Kotak PM SHRI project:

This year, SCERT has mandated Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) to implement the Capacity Building program in 516 PM SHRI schools. We will be piloting with 150 Schools in 5 adjoining districts. PM SHRI schools are envisioned to be exemplary schools that meet the demands of the 21st century. These schools will be strengthened to showcase the various aspects of the National Education Policy, 2020, and to emerge as exemplary schools in their regions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic PM SHRI Coordinator to support teaching quality and learning outcomes across project schools. The role involves extensive school visits, academic monitoring, teacher support, and coordination with school teams.

- Technical Skills: -

- Experience in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge of MS Office/ Drive, etc.- Report writing skills.- Strong analytical skills.- Ability to analyze data and comprehend detailed intervention reports, as well as for strategic planning.

• Travel extensively to various school locations as per project requirements.
