Role: Program Manager (L7) Locations: Bangalore | Pune | Hyderabad | Mumbai | PAN India Experience: 4 to 15 Years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) | MBA or equivalent is a plus Key Responsibilities: Lead large-scale product implementations across domains, taking ownership of: Project planning Financials Customer relationships Manage teams of Lead and Senior Functional Consultants across geographies Drive the delivery of best-of-breed solutions aligned to key implementation objectives Oversee system configuration and deployment across multiple engagements Build and foster internal consulting capability across diverse domains and industries Provide actionable feedback for continuous product improvement based on real-world implementations Champion internal policies and ensure team-wide adherence Deep understanding of project lifecycle phases: Initiation Planning Execution Monitoring & Control Closure Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, and implementation best practices Proficient in MS Project for planning, tracking, and monitoring timelines and deliverables Must have led multiple end-to-end client implementations Analytical thinker able to interpret trends, data, and apply them strategically Domain expertise in:- Supply Chain- Procurement- Sales- Contracting Capable of leading large-scale CLM implementations (Buy, Sale, Gov. Contracting) Able to map functional use cases across platforms such as: SAP Ariba S/4 HANA Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 Ability to support AI & Engineering teams with demo creation Assist with test strategy & implementation approach documentation
