The Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati invites applications from candidates for the position of Professor and Associate Professor in the Department of Law who are passionate about legal education and committed to contributing to the growth and vision of our university. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership, overseeing departmental administration, promoting a culture of research and innovation, and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Promote and facilitate high-quality teaching, research, and scholarly activities. Guide and supervise student research and academic activities. Collaborate with other departments and contribute to interdisciplinary initiatives. Eligibility Criteria: 1. For Professor: A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and / or research experience at equivalent level at the University/National Level Institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate. 2. For Associate Professor: A minimum of eight years of experience with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines of teaching and / or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry with a minimum of eight publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
