Professional for Car Workshop

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop professional to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multi brand car workshop. The candidate should ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient workflow, quality repairs, and adherence to service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee workshop operations and manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Allocate job cards, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
• Maintain service quality and ensure first-time fix ratio
• Ensure adherence to Honda’s SOPs and service quality parameters
• Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the parts department
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to their satisfaction
• Track workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time
• Implement safety and cleanliness protocols in the workshop
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Provide training and guidance to the technical team
• Coordinate with the manufacturer for technical support, warranty claims, and audits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
