The company serves Fortune-500 firms like Samsung Electronics and Whirlpool Corporation, as well as global Automotive OEMs such as Toyota and Hyundai. Shree Mother Plast aims to become a full-stack MaaS (Manufacturing as a Service) provider for the Automotive, Consumer Durables/White Goods, FMCG, Packaging, and Industrial sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor in Injection Molding at Shree Mother Plast in Chennai. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, planning production activities, managing communication within the production team, and overall production management.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Production Management
Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning
Effective Communication skills
Knowledge of Injection Molding processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in the plastics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
