Production Planning Coordinator

Position: Production planning coordination

Location: Matar, Vadodara

Experience: Minimum 5 years ( PEB/TLT/Solar/High must & Monopole )

For TLT

Monitor and update daily production progress

Highlight bottlenecks in fabrication/dispatch

Maintain MIS reports for raw material & shift

Track customer-wise job orders & timelines

Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, stores

Update Director on labour, breakdown, rework

Follow up with purchase/vendors for materials

Daily communication and report to Director

For Solar(MMS, CT, CB)

Support Director in monitoring production of MMS/Cable Tray/Crash Barrier

Track project-wise & customer-wise timelines

Coordinate with fabrication, coating, dispatch

Maintain MIS for BOM usage, production/rejection

Support labour coordination & flag issues

Escalate machine breakdown/process issues

Liaise with PPC for order schedules

Summarize and report to Director daily

For PEB

Coordinate for PEB, Monopole, High Mast production

Ensure job card flow from design to dispatch

Monitor fabrication timelines & erection status

Track plant load, manpower, and tasks

Report layout/alignment issues in production

Highlight material shortages or machine downtime

Present daily summary to Director

Report quality/fabrication issues promptly

For High-mast & Monopole

Track daily production status of High Mast & Monopole structures

Coordinate job flow between design, planning, shop floor and dispatch

Monitor raw material availability & consumption trends

Ensure effective deployment of manpower & contract labour

Log machine usage, downtime, and preventive maintenance

Review quality issues, rejection trends and raise alerts

Assist in coordinating dispatch schedules and transport

Liaise with vendors for pending deliveries and material status

Follow customer delivery deadlines & escalate delays

Escalate shop-floor or supply issues to Director timely

Maintain structured MIS (daily/weekly/monthly)

Submit daily summary report to Director with key insights
