Financial Perspective

Revenue Collection:

Ensure accurate forecasting of collections for all projects with a target of
accuracy

Achieve on-time collections from energy sales, incentives, and other revenue streams.

Profitability Improvement:

Optimize project costing to remain competitive, targeting costs lower then
market benchmarks

Customer Perspective

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding payment schedules.
Achieve a high
client satisfaction score
related to the collections process.

Dispute Resolution:

Resolve payment-related disputes promptly, minimizing delays.

Internal Process

Collections Process Streamlining:

Implement process improvements to enhance collections efficiency, targeting a
quarterly improvement
.
Ensure
on time collections are completed
.

Compliance:

Ensure
100% compliance
with audits and regulatory requirements.

Learning & Growth

Team Development:

Conduct training sessions on collections, P&L, and costing for skill enhancement.
Encourage
100% team participation
in improvement initiatives.

Preferably an Engineer with a background in Costing, CFA, or related fields.

Proven track record in commercial management, revenue collection, and cost optimization.

Proficiency in process improvement and compliance management.
