Summary The position is responsible for overseeing all operations within the edible oil refinery during their assigned shift. This role ensures production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed whole ensuring efficient and smooth operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate refinery shift operations. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and ensuring production losses are under permissible limits. Maintain accurate production records and reports, addressing any discrepancies, as per the prescribed requirement. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that arise during the shift. Lead and train a team of operators, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team and coordinating with them for planned preventive maintenance & shit down. Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure product meets specifications. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Facilitate continuous communication between shifts and departments to ensure seamless operations. Can also share references who might be suitable for this profile.
