Looking For Production Manager (FMCG)

You will be working with a company engaged in the production of Atta, Maida, Suji, Dalia, and Bakery products located in Barabanki. Your responsibilities will include keeping a close watch on the entire production process, estimating costs, and preparing budgets. It will be essential for you to organize the workflow efficiently to meet specified requirements and deadlines. Monitoring production to identify and resolve any issues that may arise will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel such as quality inspectors and workers. Determining the necessary resources, including workforce and raw materials, and approving maintenance work and equipment purchases will also be part of your duties. You will be responsible for ensuring that the production output meets the required quality standards and for enforcing health and safety precautions within the production environment. Regular reporting to upper management will be expected. To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar position. The salary offered is between 2 lakh 50 thousand to 4 lakh per annum. The industry you will be working in is Manufacturing/Production/Quality.
