We’re Hiring: Production & Finishing Quality Head – Men’s Shirts & T-Shirts

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee

  finishing operations

  : collar shaping, seam alignment, buttoning, pressing, folding, and packing
• Identify quality issues during stitching and finishing and guide the team to correct them
• Set up and implement

  SOPs

  for each stage: cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch
• Train and guide tailors, checkers, and pressmen to follow quality standards
• Coordinate with pattern master and production team to ensure garment balance and consistency
• Ensure final garments meet

  premium quality expectations

• Recommend improvements in trims, threads, fusing, and other quality inputs if needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shirt and/or T-shirt manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of premium finishing standards and garment construction
• Hands-on experience in quality checking and production supervision
• Good leadership and team training abilities
