Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules.
Supervise shop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
Check availability of raw materials and consumables before starting production.
Maintain daily production and material usage records.
Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Coordinate with the store and dispatch teams for raw material and finished goods movement.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness on the shop floor.
Support workers in resolving basic production issues and provide on-the-job guidance.
Help implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure timely completion of production activities by monitoring progress against targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to raw materials, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow processes and improve overall efficiency.
