Production Engineer (Supervisor) Fabrication & Sheet Metal Machines

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing machines using appropriate engineering standards and practices. This includes preparing 2D & 3D drawings and assembling the machine on software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD. In terms of technical and operations, your role will involve ensuring that the machines are technically sound and that all technical parameters are followed during the manufacturing process. You will need to prepare activity plans and production plans to ensure timely production of machines. Additionally, conducting site visits and client visits will be necessary to understand the technical requirements. Quality and inspection are crucial aspects of the job where you will be required to inspect materials to ensure they are physically and dimensionally fit. Maintaining quality standards and recording dimensions of incoming machines will be part of your responsibilities. Documentation plays a vital role in this position where you will be responsible for preparing various documents such as Quality Assurance plans, Production plans, Estimations, Test Certificates, and Operation & Maintenance manuals. The working hours for this role are from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday, with some flexibility in working hours. The salary will be determined based on your experience, exposure, and ability to perform the job. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The joining time is immediate or as soon as possible. The schedule for this role is a day shift with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses included. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, or be willing to relocate before starting work. The preferred education requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree, and prior experience in mechanical design of at least 1 year is preferred.,
