Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety protocols (5S) and maintain a clean work environment.
Coordinate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Manage manpower effectively, allocating resources efficiently across shifts.
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Plan production activities according to schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of Kaizen implementation, Poka Yoke principles, OEE calculation, capacity planning, line balancing techniques.
Proficiency in using tools such as 3M/4M methodologies for plan vs actual monitoring.
