Establish, monitor, and enforce safety standards and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Review and approve equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance schedules, ensuring proper functioning and cost-effectiveness. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on process performance, improvement initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of garment production processes, including fabric cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control. Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and cost-reduction initiatives. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams through complex challenges. Proficient in using industrial engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ERP systems, MS Excel, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in garment manufacturing.
