Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production support, including issue
analysis, root cause identification, and resolution. This role involves close coordination with
development, support teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the stability and reliability of applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience with MySQL/MongoDB queries,
API testing, and application/server monitoring. Strong analytical, communication, and scripting skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of incident management practices. Prior experience in L1/L2 production support will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for troubleshooting the root cause analysis for production issues, resolve them and maintain the reports.
Responsible for participating in al stages of the product development and support processes
Should be able to work closely and coordinate with the support, development team, and other stakeholders.
Will be responsible for coordinating and following up with external parties for issue resolution.
Will be responsible for analysing and writing MySql/Mongo queries to check and share the logs and also check the issues.
Should be able to analyse application and server alerts, stability trends and work with the development team to get them resolved.
Must have a thorough knowledge of incident management and a holistic view of application
Having prior experience in L1/L2 Production Support will be a bonus point.
