Job Description

The Product Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing product training programs for the company. You will focus on ensuring that all sales and other employees have in-depth product knowledge and achieve the required competency scores. You will conduct physical training sessions across different states and provide ongoing coaching through regular calls. Your impact on the company will be substantial as you design, implement, and manage product training programs. Your role is crucial in equipping sales and other employees with deep product knowledge and ensuring they meet the required competency scores. By conducting state-wise physical training sessions and providing ongoing coaching, you will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the team. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering detailed training modules on company products, monitoring and ensuring employees meet the required knowledge and competency scores, addressing and resolving product-related queries, conducting physical training sessions across different states, leading regular coaching calls, continuously improving training materials and methods, and tracking the impact of training programs on sales performance. Key skills required for this role include strong knowledge of product training and application, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to impart and manage training sessions, strong problem-solving skills, in-depth product knowledge, ability to convey complex messaging effectively, training and problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales training, preferably within the building construction materials industry. Travel will be required to conduct state-wise training sessions.
