You will be joining our dynamic Product Implementation & Support team as a Product Support Executive / Technical Support Executive based at the customer site in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing L1 support for client-specific applications, resolving end-user issues efficiently, and utilizing your strong technical skills in database management systems, particularly SQL. Your key duties will involve writing and executing SQL queries, documenting issues and resolutions, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with hands-on experience in SQL, good problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to understand application workflows and client-specific processes. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to work full-time at the customer site in Mumbai are essential. Additionally, exposure to banking, financial services, or enterprise applications would be advantageous.
