Project Manager AI & Machine Learning

As a Project Manager in Research & Development (R&D) specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), you will be a key member of the team at NCS SoftSolutions (P) Ltd, a leading Audit Platform based in Chennai. In this role, we are seeking a proactive and hands-on individual with a strong background in Java development and a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing innovative R&D solutions utilizing Java frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JSP, Servlets, and MyBatis. You will also be responsible for building and integrating RESTful APIs, working with Oracle DB for data modeling and query optimization, and ensuring secure coding practices and vulnerability fixes. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, guide junior developers, and lead small teams as necessary. Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git for deployment, as well as a basic to intermediate understanding of AI/ML frameworks or cloud-based services, will be highly advantageous in this role.
