Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in business analysis and project management. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and improve customer experience.
Conduct market research and analyze competition to stay ahead in the market.
Manage and publish timely MIS to stakeholders.
Engage with product teams to create specific products/schemes for retail loan customers.
Drive insurance and other cross-sell products to increase revenue.
Identify gaps in customer experience and develop new ideas to grow market penetration.
Work closely with BIU, risk, and analytics teams to explore new segments and build new product offerings.

Job
Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.
Strong understanding of business intelligence, risk, and analytics.
Experience in project management and business analysis.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to gather understanding of customer experience and identify gaps.
