Where do you come into the picture?

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing User Interface Designs. . This is a role requiring strong technical skills and team Collaborative skills in Agile/Scrum environments.

What would a day in your life @ branchX look like?

As our Product Designer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience and user interface across our products. You'll own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and information architecture to interaction design and visual design. You'll be a key player in ensuring our products not only meet user needs but also align with our strategic business goals.

Our ideal Product Designer will have:

• Own the End-to-End Design Process:

  Take accountability for all decisions and delivery related to user experience and user interface. This includes discovery, information architecture, interaction design, and UI/visual design.

• Collaborate & Innovate:

  Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to transform strategic concepts into compelling product designs through ideation, exploration, and user validation.

• Present & Defend Designs:

  Clearly articulate and present design solutions to stakeholders and company executives, defending design decisions and effectively incorporating feedback into the design cycle.

• Conduct User Research & Testing:

  Plan and execute user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors and needs. Conduct usability tests to ensure designs are intuitive and meet their intended goals.

• Refine & Ideate:

   Consistently refine existing ideas and generate innovative new ones to craft highly visual and impactful user experiences.

• Balance User & Business Needs:

   Address user needs while thoughtfully considering stakeholder requirements and business objectives.

What expertise & experiences would you need to have to play this kind of role?

• Experience

  : 3+ years of experience in product design. Competence is more important than years of experience.

• Design Expertise

  : Proven ability to deliver high-quality Visual designs to users.

• Attention to Detail:

  A keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

• Adaptability:

  Comfort working in ambiguous environments where boundaries may not always be clearly defined.

• Agility:

  Ability to thrive and contribute effectively within a fast-paced design process.

• Positive Attitude:

  An awesome and positive attitude, growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative approach.

• Organizational Skills:

  Capable of managing multiple tracks of work simultaneously.
